Thank you for referring your friends, family and neighbors to ​Ready Set Host. We invite you to participate in our referral program (the “​Referral Program”). You shall be eligible for the following amounts in the form of a payment to your nominated ​​Australian bank account for each Eligible Referral (as set out below).

For a 1 bedroom ​property, $2​00

For a 2 bedroom ​​property, $325

For a 3 & higher bedroom ​​property, $450

For a Furniture Package, $100

The referral amounts are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), if applicable.

A referral shall be considered as an “Eligible Referral” if it meets the following terms and conditions:

1. The person referred by you must enter into a contract with ​Ready Set Host to manage their property on a minimum period of ​12 months ​and must be an “Eligible Property” on Airbnb or other such property letting websites where ​Ready Set Host operates, on a fully managed basis.

2. An Eligible Property shall be a property which is located within an area that ​Ready Set Host operates and meets the eligibility criteria of ​Ready Set Host which relates to average daily rate achievable, condition of the property and any such factors affecting the sale-ability of the property. The final decision on whether a property referred by the referring individual qualifies as an Eligible Property rests on the sole discretion of ​Ready Set Host.

3. A Referral of the Referee’s own properties will not be considered an Eligible Referral.

4. The Referral must not be an existing customer or be an existing lead in our database.

5. The Referral payment will be paid to the Referee’s nominated ​Australian bank account.

6. Each Referee that qualifies under the Referral Program shall receive their payment once the Eligible Property has achieved a minimum of 30 days of bookings paid and completed, and has remained in their contract for 3 months.

7. The referral payment shall be paid once per Eligible Referral, only for up to 1 such Eligible Property referred by an individual referee. In case a referral for an Eligible Property is received from two referees, the individual who sent the referral via this Referral Program first will be the only referee eligible for the ​payment under the Referral Program. In the case a Referral has more than 1 property, the Referee will be paid the qualified highest amount.

8. In case of any disputes, you agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

9. Ready Set Host has the right to amend or cancel, the Referral Program or Terms and Conditions at any time.
